Booking conditions: we recommend you try and book your Hair Academy South West education courses as soon as possible as places may be limited and early booking will reserve your place.

Cancellation of events by the Hair Academy South West: Hair Academy South West may cancel the event if a minimum number of bookings are not received. If the Hair Academy South West has cancelled a training event the fees will be refunded. HASW is not liable for any subsequent costs that are incurred as a result of cancellation.

 Cancellation of bookings by you: For those unable to attend an event, a substitute delegate may be sent at any time at no extra charge. The full fee will be payable where cancellation is made less than 2 weeks prior to the event. We must be notified of any cancellations. In all cases. Cancellations after the course has been invoiced will be charged at full rate.

Charge for non- attendance at our events. Please note if you fail to turn up at the event for which you booked a place the full cost of the course will be charged.
